**Notice**
Some UC folks are experiencing an error message when logging into UCEAP learn, and others encounter no problems. We are aware that many of you are trying to complete one of our courses on a deadline!
If you can’t log in, here’s what to do:
- Double check that you are selecting your UC campus from the dropdown list and using your UC credentials to log in
- If error persists, capture a screenshot of your browser window that includes the error message and the URL
- Email the screenshot to your UCEAP Study Abroad Advisor (SAA) and copy the UCEAP Support email
- In the email, include the following info:
- Your full name, UC campus, and approximate time of login
- Were you logging in while on campus? (Y/N)
- Were you using a VPN? (Y/N)
- Were you using Chrome Incognito when you tried to log in? (Y/N)
